Rebate Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Rebate Rate
   Members are entitled to receive a 5% rebate on valid bets placed in live casino games, sports betting, and slot games.

2. Rebate Calculation and Issuance
   Rebates are calculated on a weekly basis, determined by the member’s total valid bets placed daily between 00:00:00 and 07:59:59. Rebates will be credited to the member’s "Rebate Wallet" every Thursday after 14:00:00. Rebates are non-cumulative and must be claimed prior to the issuance of the following week’s rebate. Unclaimed rebates will be deemed forfeited.

3. Claiming the Rebate
   Members must contact Customer Support to check their "Rebate Wallet" balance or to claim the rebate during the deposit process.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Requirements
   To claim the rebate, members must make a deposit equal to or greater than the rebate amount. A minimum turnover of five (5) times the bonus amount is required for withdrawal. The maximum withdrawal amount from this rebate is capped at 500.00.

5. Valid Bet Criteria
   Only valid bets placed on live casino games and sports betting are eligible for rebate calculation. The following are excluded: voided bets, draw outcomes, canceled bets, hedge bets (bets placed on both teams within a single bet slip), and bets with odds lower than:

   • European Odds: 1.70

   • Malay Odds: 0.70

   • Hong Kong Odds: 0.70

   • Indonesian Odds: -1.20

   • American Odds: -120
     Additionally, bets placed on non-sports-related events will not be considered valid.

6. Compliance and Audit Rights
   Eclub reserves the right to review all member betting records. Should a member be found in violation of the promotion’s terms or misuse the rebate for non-entertainment purposes, Eclub retains the right to suspend, cancel, or recover any associated bets and bonuses at its sole discretion.

7. Fraud and Abuse
   In the event that any individual, team, or organization is suspected of engaging in dishonest or fraudulent activities with the intent to exploit or abuse this promotion, Eclub reserves the right to freeze the affected account’s profits and balance upon verification.

8. Promotional Rights
   Eclub reserves the full right to amend, terminate, or interpret this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotion Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions
(NEW REGISTER MEMBER ONLY)

1) Refer a friend and complete the first deposit successfully, you will 

     get a 100% bonus of the deposited amount.

     Example: 

        You recommend A to complete the first deposit of 1000.00

        You can get a referral bonus of 1000.00

        You recommend B to complete the first deposit of 500.00

        You can get another referral bonus of 500.00, a total of 1500.00 

        and so on.

2) The referral bonus will be automatically deposited into your referral 

     wallet.

3) You can check the balance at any time through our customer 

     service.

4) You need to top up in order to withdraw your referral wallet bonus 

     to your main wallet.

5) You need to notify our customer service after the top up.

6) 10% of your top up amount will be deducted from your referral wallet 

     and transferred to your main wallet.

     Example:

       The referral wallet has 1500.00

       You top up 1000.00 + 100.00 (deducted from the referral wallet)

       You will receive 1100.00

       The referral wallet left 1400.00

7) Withdrawal only requires 1 time turnover.

2) Referral bonus are calculated everyday based on the member's total valid bets from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 and will be issued to member 

 wallet after 14:00:00 everyday, 1 time turnover for withdrawal.

3) Referral bonus valid bets only include live-casino gaming and sports betting, all voids, draws, cancellations, bets between both teams (on the bet slip) and any bets with odds less than 1.70 (European) (Malay) Odds 0.70; Hong Kong odds 0.70; Indonesian odds -1.20; American odds -120) and non-sports items will not be included in the effective betting.

4) Eclub has the right to check all betting records of members. If a member violates the regulations and rules of the event or uses bonuses for non-entertainment purposes, it reserves all rights to stop, cancel or claim back the betting at any time. All discounts paid.

5) Any individual/team/organization is suspected of using dishonest methods or fraudulent activities for the purpose of defrauding/abusing dividends. Once verified, Eclub will have the right to freeze the relevant account profits and balances.

6) Eclub reserves the right to revise, terminate or finalize this promotion and the right to make changes to this promotion without notice.
